"eating" cereal

Olivia had her 4month well check today...she is 13lbs, 1oz (34th percentile) and 25inches long (61st percentile)...she is following right along on her growth chart! Her doctor said it is time to start cereal...we tried it tonight. She seemed to have fun...lots of playing, no actual "eating."

4months

Pictures are getting harder to take now...she is such a wiggle worm!

5 generations

Olivia, Andy, Grandma, Great Grandma and Great Great Grandma

sunday funday

Sunday was a busy day...

Andy raced in at the State Crit Race in Ripon in the morning...

And in the afternoon we went a birthday party at some friends house. Dawn and Koz's little boy, Colton, just turned 4. They also just had a new baby, Jacek. He and Olivia are going to be great friends...Andy says when she is 40 they can get married and have little athletic babies! In the meantime they were content to just "play" together.

Jacek is almost 2 weeks old...I forgot how little they are!

The dads had fun too...thankfully for Andy, I am still the DD!

what a week...

Andy was in Emmitsburg, MD (near Washington DC) last week attending a course at the National Fire Academy. He is now an expert on Juvenile Arsonists...very interesting!
Apparently Olivia was not thrilled with him leaving (Andy was saying good bye during this picture)...her face is priceless!

With him gone, Olivia, Lucy and I were on our own all week!
Last minute, I decided to go to Minnesota for the holiday weekend. I packed the car and loaded up Olivia and Lucy and headed out Saturday morning. Both were excellent travelers! It was the first time Olivia had met some of my old college roommates...she was sooo good all weekend and they all loved her. Of Course, what's not to love?

Because Andy was gone, Olivia stayed over at Grandma and Grandpa's for two nights so that she could spend the days with Great Grandma and Grandpa while I was at work. I am sure she was spoiled rotten!
Andy got home last night and we spent today relaxing at home...I love Sundays!
